The Indian psyllium husks are known as a medicinal plant, their husks especially for their high swelling capacity and high fibre content (82.2g per ¹00g, if you want to know exactly). These little all-rounders are neutral in flavour and can be easily smuggled into your breakfast: give muesli, porridge, smoothies and overnight oats an extra portion of fibre.
