Wie bereite ich mir eine Sauce mit More Saucen & Back Protein zu?
Für eine Portion mixt du 50 g (2 leicht gehäufte Messlöffel) More Protein Sahne mit 125 ml fettarmer Milch (1,5 %) in einem Mixer oder Shaker. Wenn du More Protein Coconut Milk verwendest, nimmst du 50 g (2 gehäufte Messlöffel) und mixt es mit 190 ml Wasser. Alternativ kannst du auch fettarme Milch oder einen pflanzenbasierten Drink deiner Wahl verwenden, wobei sich die Nährwerte ändern. Tipp: Die angerührte Protein-Sauce erst bei ausgeschaltetem Herd ins Gericht einrühren und das Pulver nicht über 60 °C erhitzen, um Denaturieren und Ausflocken zu vermeiden.
