Ingredients

Bacterial strains (freeze-dried)³, maize starch, capsule shell (glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), biotin.

Consumption

Take one daily dose (one capsule) daily with plenty of fluid, preferably with a meal or a drink that contains soluble fibre (e.g. polydextrose and/or inulin). Do not consume the drying bag.
